My name is Alan Benjamin founder of Ultimate Physique. I have been personal training and teaching group fitness classes for ten years. I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer and I also teach circuits, aerobics, group cycling, aqua aerobics and the well known Les Mills Body Combat and Body Pump classes.
I am qualified in First Aid and have Public Liability Insurance. I am also a member of The Register of Exercise Professionals – (Advanced Instructor Level 3).

After a free initial 30 minute consultation, a personalised training programme will be planned around the clients’ fitness goals and requirements.
A Personal Data log sheet is completed on the initial personal training session which involves accurate measurement of height, weight, body mass index (BMI), body fat percentage, blood pressure, resting pulse, flexibility and body measurements. These are checked and recorded every month to enable clients to observe their results and help keep motivation.
